Ingredient Statement: Apple Cider Vinegar, Onion, Sugar, Salt, Mirepoix Powder (Onion, Carrot, Celery, Corn Starch, Dextrose), Garlic, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Umami Flavor (Modified Food Starch, Soy Sauce, Shitake Extract, Yeast Extract), Natural Smoke Flavor, Vegetable Oil, Spices, Vegetable Extract

HOW TO

1. FILL a medium to large pot with 4 cups of water (32oz). Next pour in 1 packet of Booker’s Greens Seasoning Mix and whisk Well.

2. ADD 16 ozs (2 Bunches) of washed and cut collard greens to the pot.

3. HEAT on high until collard greens comes to a boil. Once collard greens have cooked down ½ way reduce the heat to a simmer, submerge all greens and cover with a lid. Cook 1 hour or until greens are tender to your liking. CAUTION DISH WILL BE HOT!
