Ingredients: Apple Cider Vinegar, Onion, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Chicken Powder and Chicken Fat, Vegetable Oil, Spices, Less than 2% of Smoke Flavor, Natural Flavor, Whey Powder.

HOW TO

1. FILL a medium to large pot with 5 cups of water (40oz). Next pour in 1 packet of Booker’s Greens Seasoning Mix and whisk Well.

2. ADD 1 pound of your favorite smoked meat like ham hocks or turkey necks. Next add 16 ozs (2 Bunches) of washed and cut collard greens to the pot.

3. HEAT on high until collard greens comes to a boil. Once collard greens have cooked down ½ way reduce the heat to a simmer, submerge all greens and cover with a lid. Cook 1 hour or until greens are tender to your liking. CAUTION DISH WILL BE HOT!
